Emergency Medicine - Physician at IU Health Medical Group - Indiana University Health summary:

The Assistant Lifeline Medical Director provides statewide medical oversight for IU Health Lifeline EMS, managing clinical policies and procedures for critical care air and ground transport. This full-time clinical and administrative role is based primarily at Methodist or Eskenazi Hospitals, with academic responsibilities affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine. The position requires board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine and involves collaboration across a large EMS division serving multiple sites across Indiana.

Thisposition will primarily be at Methodist or Eskenazi Hospitals but can also cover our community sites as well.

PositionDetails:

• Full-Timeclinical with academic responsibilities
• 16 hours a month of administrative time spend with Lifeline team
• Statewide division with 28 bases across the state
• Quarterly scheduling offering more flexibility
• Outstanding clinical opportunity with an academic system and affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine
• Dually employed with the IU School of Medicine and IU Health Physicians

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be BC or BE in Emergency Medicine
• Strong interpersonal skills preferred
